Where we deliver
We deliver anywhere in India. We do not ship internationally at present — checkout accepts Indian addresses with a six-digit pincode only.
A few remote pincodes are not served by our courier partners. If yours is one of them we will contact you after you order and refund you in full if we cannot get a parcel to you.
What delivery costs
- Orders under ₹2,000
- ₹79 flat, anywhere in India.
- Orders of ₹2,000 or more
- Free delivery.
- Multiple parcels
- Charged once for the order, however many parcels it arrives in.
The delivery charge is shown in your basket and again at checkout before you pay. Nothing is added afterwards, and there are no handling, packaging or fuel surcharges.
How long it takes
- Dispatch
- Within Dispatch window — to be completed of your payment clearing.
- In transit
- Delivery estimate — to be completed
- Courier
- Courier partner — to be completed
These are estimates rather than guarantees. Snowfall, road closures and connectivity in the Valley genuinely do hold parcels up, and festival weeks slow every courier in the country. We would rather say so here than surprise you later.
Why an order can arrive in more than one parcel
Pieces come from different makers, and each maker packs and ships their own work. An order containing a pashmina from one workshop and a papier-mâché box from another travels as two parcels, dispatched independently and often arriving on different days.
Your order page shows each parcel separately, with its own status, so a delay to one never leaves you guessing about the other. You are charged delivery once.
Tracking your order
Every order and each parcel within it is tracked on your orders page, on the website and in the app. Once a parcel is handed to the courier, its tracking number appears there.
If something goes wrong
- Parcel late: if it has not moved for several days beyond the estimate, write to us and we will chase the courier and keep you updated.
- Delivered but not received: tell us within 48 hours of the delivery scan so we can open a case with the courier while the evidence is still available.
- Visibly damaged in transit: refuse the delivery if you can, photograph the packaging before opening it if you cannot, and contact us the same day.
- Wrong address: if you spot a mistake before dispatch we can usually correct it. After dispatch we cannot recall a parcel, and a redelivery may be chargeable.
- Nobody home: the courier re-attempts delivery before returning the parcel to us. If it comes back, we will contact you to arrange a resend or a refund of the item value.
For all of these, write to Support email — to be completed with your order number. Refunds arising from any of this follow our refunds policy.
